Information Shipping and Privacy

Our catalog is completely online. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible for both the retail & wholesale customers. This is why we do NOT have a printed catalog. We update frequently so it's best to bookmark us and check back at your convenience.

We accept MasterCard and VISA and PayPal, as well as checks and money orders.

Shipping and Delivery Turnaround Time

Orders are shipped the day after being received by Priority Mail to arrive in 2 to 3 days. If we cannot ship your order within 48 hours we will email you and let you know the date your order will be shipped.

Foreign Shipping Fees

If you do not live in the 50 US states or its territories (VI, Guam, PR), please place your order via email. We will then inform you of the shipping cost, get your permission to go forward with the order and send you a complete invoice and a link to pay through PayPal. You can use any form of payment you wish with PayPal, including a check linked to your bank. We are sorry that we cannot accept "foreign" orders directly through our website as the software is not set up to figure out freight amounts for so many different countries.

Please realize too that we only carry products with 120 volts, which is used in the Western Hemisphere. This voltage will not work in Europe, Asia, Africa or Australia and New Zealand. So you would have to use a convertor with our products, which we do not guarantee will work.

Return Policy

An item that is in salable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving it. Please include a copy of the invoice. Also include a short explanation of what is wrong with the item.

Make sure that you send it to the address above, as we have recently moved.

You must also email us and explain the problem and give us a chance to correct the problem instead of returning it. At that time we will authorize a return if necessary. We cannot promise full refunds on items sent back without authorization.

If the item is in salable condition--in the original imprinted box and then in the outer postal box or padded envelope--a full refund of the product cost will be paid. There are no refunds on freight charges.

If the item is not returned in it's original packing materials, packaged inside the outer shipping box or padded envelope, or parts are missing such as the pump spouts, a 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.

If the imprinted box the item came in is damaged, we consider that damage and there will be at a 15% restocking fee.

If the product comes back in any condition where we have to take time to get it back into saleable condition--even though the parts are all there, there will be a 5% restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent our customer list to other businesses. We do not give email addresses to other companies.
